Rescue Cat Hugs Every Kitten His Mom Brings Home

If you’re a cat named Benedict Cumbercat, we might assume you might’ve had the coolest life there is because that’s a badass name for a cat, right? Well, for this cat, life wasn’t always that great until Ellen Carozza rescued him as a kitten and made his life a lot better.

Carozza is a vet technician that is always helping kittens and when she met Benny, as she lovingly call her feline, she just fell in love. A few years later, Benny is one happy cutie whose favorite activity is to hug all the kittens his human fosters while she finds a better place for them.

“He actually gets very depressed when we don’t have kittens. I’d like to think he is returning the favor we gave him a few years ago,” she shared. Benny’s most recent buddy is a stray kitten named Winnie that needed all the love he could provide and got a lot better by just hanging out with him.
