The maintenance workers of a tunnel rescued a poor kitten that was noticed wandering in the tunnel alone, with traffic going right by him.
The kitten was noticed in the Melbourne’s Burnley Tunnel when he was desperately searching for a way to get out. Thankfully, the maintenance crew managed to pull him out to safety until The Lost Dogs’ Home took him in their care. He was covered in mud and dirt and was extremely scared.
The kitten was named Burnley after the tunnel. Now he loves to cuddle and purrs very loudly. A couple saw Burnley story and felt in love with him. They adopted him and now Burnley lives happy with his new parents!
